Storage
We have ample storage capacity, with tanks and a warehouse that can hold up to 300 KL, as well as sufficient space for storing drums on our premises.


Heating
To maintain required temperatures, we have a 12 lakh kilo-calorie boiler that supports heating up to 300°C, along with a 5 TPH steam boiler capable of reaching temperatures up to 200°C.


Cooling
Our 1000 TR cooling tower, coupled with optimally sized condensers, ensures efficient cooling with minimal evaporation loss, providing excellent cooling performance.


Vacuum
High vacuum distillation is one of our key specialties. Azeotropic Distillation Our plants are specifically designed to perform azeotropic distillation, successfully processing products such as:
– I.P.A + Water
– Acetonitrile + Toluene
– Acetonitrile + Ethyl Acetate
– N-Butanol + Xylene
– I.P.A + Toluene
– I.P.A + Cyclohexane


We continuously conduct research to determine the azeotropic temperatures and compositions for variousother product combinations.
